trained as a classical pianist from an early age, he studied under robert satterlee, a yale- and peabody-trained piano and chamber musician. during this formative period, he discovered the hypnotic pull of progressive house and trance, an inflection point that transformed disciplined classical foundations into a lasting commitment to electronic music.
after years working outside of music, outer | sunset shifted his focus entirely to electronic music production, returning to a long-standing connection with piano and music composition. his sound fuses melodic and deep house with subtle progressive elements, built around piano-led composition and inspired by the changing moods of coastlines, mountain horizons, and late-night city light.
